We do not have a dedicated room block. We do have discount codes for a variety of hotels. The details can be found on the "Accommodations" tab. We recommend booking a hotel room early to ensure you get a room at the discounted rate.

Yes, anyone parking in Banff National Park must purchase a Park Pass. You can purchase them ahead of time (https://www.banfflakelouise.com/park-pass-purchase) or stop at one of the booths on the way into Banff.

If you are not staying at the Fairmont Banff Springs, we recommend taking advantage of our shuttle which will be provided from a hotel in the town of Banff. Please stay tuned for details. Parking is available at the Fairmont Banff Springs for $35/night. Please note that there is no Uber or Lyft service in Banff; however, there are a limited number of taxis.

Welcome to Alberta, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Banff should be beautiful, averaging 20-25 degrees, but will get chilly at night. Please bring some warm layers for the evening, we don't want anyone freezing their bu...well you get the point. ;)

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please know they are welcome at the Friday welcome reception! The Fairmont Banff Springs also provides a babysitting service during the ceremony and reception if you cannot find other accommodations for them. Please reach out if you have questions!

For the ceremony and reception, the dress code is cocktail attire. Feel free to change into something a little more comfortable for the after-party!

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be inside :)

Yes! We would love for you to take photos during the reception. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
